Terms of Use

1. App Store and Google Play

When you get Sprouting Isle from the App Store, your license to the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms add rules specific to the game. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA prevails as far as Apple is concerned.

These Terms are between you and VNLook, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

When you get Sprouting Isle from Google Play, your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and VNLook; Google is not a party to them and is not responsible for the game.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you got it from (such as Family Sharing on the App Store or Family Library on Google Play, where available).

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its content;
• decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the game, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
• use cheats, automation or modified files, or knowingly exploit bugs to obtain items, currency or progress;
• use the game for any unlawful purpose.

If you find a bug that gives out items or currency, please tell us at contact@vnlook.com instead of using it.

3. Coins, diamonds and other virtual items

The game contains virtual items such as coins and diamonds, which you can earn by playing and, for diamonds, also buy (see In-App Purchases & Refunds). Virtual items:

• are licensed to you for use in the game only and are not your property;
• have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game;
• cannot be transferred, sold or traded between players or devices;
• are used up when you spend them in the game.

Your balances are stored on your device together with your save. We do not keep a copy, so deleting the game or its data removes them. Starting a New Game erases your island but keeps diamonds you bought and have not spent. We may rebalance prices or rewards inside the game in updates, but we will not deliberately remove diamonds you have bought and not spent.

4. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Apple or Google, which handle payment and billing under their terms. All purchases are final except where the store or we grant a refund, or the law of your country requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under consumer-protection law. 5. Ownership of the game

The game, including its code, characters, artwork, music, sound, text and the name “Sprouting Isle”, belongs to VNLook or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you. You may share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay for non-commercial purposes, and you may monetise your own gameplay videos on video platforms, as long as you do not imply that we endorse you.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and some updates may be needed to keep playing. We try to keep the game available, but we cannot promise that it will be offered forever or on every device or operating system version.

7. Support and feedback

We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for supporting the game. See Support or write to contact@vnlook.com. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. If you got the game from the App Store and it fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the game.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VNLook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it and for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. If you seriously breach these Terms, your license ends automatically. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability) continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, let you know in the game or on this site. If you keep playing after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
