In-App Purchases & Refunds

1. What you can buy

Six consumable diamond packs are offered in the Diamond Shop (tap the diamond counter at the top of the screen):

The App Store or Google Play shows the exact price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, before you confirm. Prices may change over time.

2. What diamonds do

Diamonds are a premium in-game currency. You can spend them to finish a construction site instantly, upgrade certain buildings, or buy special items such as sheep from the merchant ship. Everything diamonds do can also be reached through normal play, which also rewards diamonds as you level up and explore.

3. Payment and parental controls

Purchases are made with the payment method on your Apple Account or Google Account and processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card details. The store emails you a receipt for every purchase.

• iPhone, iPad and Mac: parents can require approval with Ask to Buy (Family Sharing) or turn off in-app purchases in Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
• Android: parents can require approval with Google Family Link, and Google Play settings can ask for authentication on every purchase.

4. Delivery

Diamonds are added to your balance as soon as the store confirms the payment. The game saves your new balance before it tells the store the purchase is complete, so a purchase is never lost or delivered twice if the game closes part-way.

If a purchase was charged but the diamonds did not appear, make sure you are connected to the internet, then close and reopen the game: unfinished transactions are delivered on the next launch. If they still do not appear, contact us with the date and the order number from your receipt email (the Order ID from Apple, or the order number starting with GPA from Google Play).

5. Where your diamonds are kept

• Your diamond balance is stored in your save on the device where you bought it.
• Starting a New Game keeps diamonds you bought and have not spent.
• Because diamonds are consumable, the App Store and Google Play do not restore them when you reinstall the game or move to a new device. Restoring a full device backup to a new device normally brings your save with it. Deleting the game without a backup removes your balance, and we cannot recover it because we do not keep a copy.

6. Refunds

Bought on the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

Apple processes these payments, so refunds are requested from and decided by Apple — we are not able to issue them ourselves. To request one:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
2. Choose “Request a refund”, pick a reason and select the Sprouting Isle purchase.
3. Submit. Apple will update you on the request.

Bought on Google Play (Android)

1. Within 48 hours of the purchase, you can usually get a refund from Google directly: open your Google Play order history, find the Sprouting Isle purchase and choose “Request a refund”.
2. After 48 hours, write to us at contact@vnlook.com with the order number (it starts with GPA). Google Play lets us refund purchases, and we look at every request fairly and as the law requires.

Purchases are otherwise final, except where the law of your country gives you additional rights. If something went wrong with a purchase, please also tell us at contact@vnlook.com — we would like to fix it.
